Delivery in the UK

Delivery is usually 2-3 days, using our trusted carriers such as DPD or Parcelforce. Once an order is placed and payment has been successful, it will be dispatched within 24 hours using one of our standard delivery options, (or next day if chosen at checkout), except in the case of items which are made to order, or out of stock.  You will receive a notification by email when your order has been dispatched, with a tracking number.

If a product is out of stock it will not be possible to Add to Cart, but you can add your email address to our waiting list to receive an email when the product is back in stock. If you need more urgent info, please contact us. In the case of items made to order, the Add to Cart button is replaced with the Pre-Order button. The lead time for items made to order is stated on the product page, and we will also contact you by email after your order has been placed to keep you informed of delivery times.  

Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within 2-3 days. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive within your expected delivery period, please contact us at info@stitchbystitch.uk or call +44 (0)771 5169194 to investigate the non-arrival (please contact us within a week if this should occur).

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide by trusted courier service (eg. UPS, DHL, ParcelForce).   Delivery times vary, but we will inform you upon receipt of your order the estimated delivery time.  International orders will usually require a signature.  A tracking number will be provided together with a link with which you can track the progress of your shipment. If your country is not listed on the checkout page, please email us!

Please note that we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable merchandise.  We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

International Taxes and Duties

All Stitch by Stitch orders are shipped from the UK with local import duties and taxes unpaid and do not include any relevant import duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. This means all import duties and taxes are not included in your order and the buyer is responsible for paying the duty and other customs clearing expenses. 

All orders will be sent with correct invoices and documents. The courier will usually contact you directly to settle the duties and taxes with them.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not happy with your Stitch by Stitch order, please contact us at info@stitchbystitch.uk 

To arrange an exchange or credit of your purchase you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days of notification. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging. 

Except where the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage charges on the return and resend of products. Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned products in transit and we recommend that you return any products through a recorded delivery service.

When returning products, please package the products properly and securely. We are happy to assist with the return of goods, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
